Pedsan D771 Insole for High Arches with Metatarsal Pain

With a high-arched foot, the arch is very pronounced and weight concentrates on a small area of the forefoot, under the metatarsal heads. The Pedsan D771 insole is designed to redistribute that load.

What it does

• Supports the arch in its natural shape
• Eases direct pressure on the metatarsal heads
• Cushions impact, especially when walking on hard surfaces
• Helps spread weight more evenly across the foot

Before you choose it

It takes up more room than a flat insole, so it suits shoes with adjustable inner volume. Try it in your usual shoe and check the heel is not pushed forward. Sizes 37, 38, 39 and 40.
