Moretti Medygel ST407 Reusable Hot and Cold Gel Pack

A thermal gel pack that works twice as hard: chill it in the freezer for cold or warm it for heat, then reuse it whenever you need, with nothing to throw away after the first use.

How to use it

• Cold: place the pack in the freezer before use
• Hot: immerse in hot water for a maximum of 5 minutes, or 1 minute in a 650 W microwave
• Always apply wrapped in a cloth or placed in a pouch
• Avoid direct contact with the skin

Cold is traditionally used after bruises, sprains and sports knocks; heat is often chosen to relax the lower back, a stiff neck or sore joints. A handy answer for active people and for simple support at home. For specific conditions, ask your doctor or physiotherapist for advice.
