Bauerfeind GenuTrain P3: Knee Brace with Patellar Guidance

Bauerfeind GenuTrain P3 is an active knee brace that guides, protects and stabilises the kneecap during movement. P3 stands for Patella Pro Protection: the aim is good patellar alignment and less pain in daily and sporting activity.

Indicated for patellar maltracking, patellofemoral syndrome, chondropathy, jumper's or runner's knee, patellar subluxation or dislocation, front-of-knee instability or pain, and after patellar stabilisation surgery. Comfort zones in the back of the knee, flexible side stays, non-slip silicone edge and donning aids. Available for left and right, in six sizes.

How it works

• Viscoelastic insert around the kneecap, centring it and counteracting lateral drift
• Integrated correction strap with adjustable tension
• Second pad on the outer thigh, acting on the iliotibial tract
• Differential-pressure massage that stimulates the stabilising muscles
• Elastic, breathable Train knit that feels pleasant on the skin
